My main mission has been to develop a better understanding of financial markets and instruments to help clients achieve their goals in the most efficient manner as possible. This blog is an outgrowth of my understanding, and I hope that it may illuminate light for those seeking a better understanding of markets and financial planning.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Public Finance at Indiana University in 2001. After graduation, I joined a small advisory business, Diversified Financial Concepts, in Indianapolis. In 2007 I decided to open my own practice called Om Wealth Management, and later joined Mike Dickerson to form Engage Financial Group in 2018.
I’ve been an active community member since putting down roots in Zionsville, a small suburb of Indianapolis, with my wife and two daughters. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the CFA Society of Indianapolis, whose mission emphasizes the importance of ethics and educational development in the financial industry. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Boone County. Prior to that, I was President of the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2017.
